Polarix Partner Program is a very attractive
solution for business startups as well as for existing providers wanting
to enhance their customers' experience. This program has been recently
restructured to promote the expansion of a Service Provider network
across the world. Polarix and some of its partners are currently
negotiating fixed schedules for offering the Advance Training Course in
their local offices to accommodate different language and functionality
orientations. |
| The purpose of this program is also to
create a community where dealers and service providers can interact and
share their own experiences in dealing with Polarix Platform. It also
would serve as a common ground for resolving technical situations and
software bugs. The Partner Program would also include an internet User
Group and there are some partners asking for a direct technical chat
between Polarix Tech-Support personnel and their offices. This program
is also part of global reorganization plan that Polarix has been
implementing during the last year that have relocated the Sales
Department to Florida while keeping the Development and Support

Our Dispatching Solutions integrates our state-of-art
Dispatching System with the advantages of professional tracking
functions. The Dispatch Module is the latest addition to
PolarSuite. It is the most advanced dispatching system ever built by
Polarix. It is based on the Microsoft .NET developing platform and uses
Microsoft Solution Framework for easy integration with 3rd party
software modules and applications. |
| The Dispatch Module has been entirely
designed based on the feedback from many old customers of office
back-end dispatching systems. Despite incorporating advanced features
like intelligent algorithms for grouping reservations and automatic
vehicle assignment, PolarDispatch (as it is also called) offers an
incredible set of visual tools for helping the dispatchers in the
decision taking process when human intervention is strictly necessary.
Among many other features we should mention here the Visual City Status
where you can see all the pending trips and the vehicles plotted on a
map, the Routing Center where you can see in a line-diagram the movement
of each vehicle along the route within the same window and the
Map-On-Request feature that allows call takers and dispatchers to open a
map view centered exactly on the point that is under question
(customer's address, vehicle position, route stop, etc). The Dispatch
Module benefits from the already existing tracking features like Closest
Vehicle, Playback, Watch Areas and Zone Editor among many others. |

22, 2006.The company releases PolarTracker Lite
as a lighter version of PolarSuite. This decision is a step
toward the inclusion of smaller size clients in our Total
Integrated Solutions program. PolarTracker Lite offers a
simplified interface that excludes more advanced options but
unnecessary for simple tracking applications. Although it is
called PolarTracker Lite it is in fact a functioning PolarSuite
with all the power of the integrated interface. |

03, 2006.PolarTracker is now
supporting Raster (bitmaps) Maps as individual files as well as
background pictures for ESRI shapes. Bitmaps have to be
geo-referenced to be loaded into the system. PolarSuite comes
now with PolarGEO, an utility software that facilitates the
geo-referencing process of bitmaps. By combining raster maps
with ESRI data the system is now able to integrate dispatching
information with geo-referenced bitmaps. |

has already installed PolarNET and is currently finishing the integration
