Tracking is the component or module in charge of tracking a set of mobile units in real time as well as keeping the records in a Database for future reports and statistic data analysis. The GPS data received from the in-vehicle devices together with other remote sensorial info is displayed on digital map views (windows).

Security features are built-in within the tracking component which monitors the alarm firing procedures and the event notifications as well as the Remote Control of mobile units from the User Interface. Security functions provide two floating panels: Command Panel for Remote Control and Alarm Panel for Event Notifications.
PolarTracker Professional: This is the fully functional version of the tracking module.
PolarTracker Lite: Simpler version designed just for smaller automatic vehicle location operations (limited number of vehicles and users).
