	Polarix Partner Program provides the framework for developing solid business relationships between our company and hi-tech entrepreneurs interested in offering Integrated Tracking and Dispatching Solutions to their customers.
We encourage the expansion of a network of dealerships and service providers across the world that would help us to deeply understand the nuances of each local market and deliver a better localized service to the end-users.

Installation Packages vary depending on the type of business:

Demo Level: It is a fully functioning PolarSuite solution limited to only one company and a reduced number of vehicles and users. This package includes most of the utilities. It is designed mostly for marketing purposes and can be used by agents and dealers to practice and promote the product. 2-hours installation support service is included.

Monitor Level: It is a PolarSuite professional licensed system open for a preset number of vehicles and users depending on the number of customers and services provided. This package includes 8 hours of installation support and the Advanced Training Course is mandatory. This level is designed mostly for companies offering remote vehicle monitoring services.

Provider Level: It is a PolarNET hosting license which may also include PolarSuite as an Enterprise option. This package includes 16 hours of installation support and the Advanced Training Course is mandatory.

How to become:

1. AUTHORIZED AGENTS: An authorized agent is a Polarix Certified Specialist capable of providing tech-support and promoting our products and services while Polarix keeps a direct link with the client. To become an authorized agent the only mandatory requirement is to pass the Advanced Training Course and receive satisfactory marks.

2. REPRESENTATIONS AND DEALERS: As a Polarix representative or dealer, a person or company (some employees of the company) has to be a Certified Specialist (pass the Advanced Training Course), show certain technical and financial level and also demonstrate some sales capability. Dealers are able to provide direct support to the end users without Polarix intervention.

3. DIRECT SERVICE PROVIDERS: As a Direct Service Provider you can install Polarix Platform as a Macro-User and utilize PolarNET or PolarSuite to offer the service to companies and individual customers. To become a Direct Service Provider you would need to purchase the required Installation Package and pass the Advanced Training Course.

Polarix requires from agents, dealers and service providers to pass our Advanced Training Course which is provided by our tech-personnel directly on location or also by group invitation in a representation office of your region. The Advance Training Course consists of the following chapters:
