Support Contracts

Polarix provides standard 30 days email support with every purchase (installation) of any product or solution. Response emails will be sent no later than 3 business days back to the customers. End-Users interested in having the latest version of the product and a permanent assistance as well as dealers and service providers should sign up for a Basic or Premium Tech-Support Contract.

	Free version upgrade (Polarix releases minor version upgrades at least three times per year and a mayor version upgrade once per year with support for the latest technology).
	Access to our chat and message board.
	Assignment of a permanent tech-assistant.
	Immediate bug detection-correction.
	Prioritized attention to suggestions and feedbacks.

Basic Support Contract: Starting from 300$ per month depending on the operation size (or one payment of 3500$ per year with a saving of 100$) this package includes the mentioned common privileges plus:

	Next business day email support
	Phone support weekdays 9.30am -5.30pm US Eastern Time (US and Canadian holidays excepted)
	Voice mail response via next business day email support.

Premium Support Contract: Starting from 500$ per month depending on the operation size (or one payment of 5500$ per year with a saving of 500$) this package includes the mentioned common privileges plus:

	Same business day email support
	6 emergency incidences any time any day per year besides the standard phone support weekdays 9.30am -5.30pm US Eastern Time (US and Canadian holidays excepted).
	Voice mail response via phone call back same business day.
	Customization assistance (programming) at preferred hourly rates of 75$ (50% discount from standard rate).

Q: Can I open a map view of another Map Type at the same time?

A: Yes you can. Go to the Main Menu option Tracking/Open Map/... and select what type of map do you want to open: a Map Point Map, an ESRi Map, a Polar Map or a Raster Map (bitmap).
